as far as a multivitamin. everyone look into ast multipro 32x. it comes highly recommended with good reviews. has eveyrthing you need for the hardcore lifter, and only two pills a day. i actually only take 1 as i find that to be sufficient. good price too.

Hmm well I did a little research on some body building forums and read reviews at 1fast400 and picked up a bottle of Tribulus, DHEA, and ZMA. Gunna give this stack another go and see if I can't gain some mass back.

Was sitting at a solid 185 (5' 11") and have since dropped down to nearly 150, I'm afraid to weigh myself, since I've switched to a vegetarian diet.

Yeah I'm a Universal Nutrition whore but only because their shit actually works as advertised. I take other stuff for the gym with some being from other companies but these are my staple supps. No complaints with any of them.

in regards to vitamins I'm told one a days aren't nearly enough and if you are serious about getting the right stuff, you need something in an AM and PM formula as your bodys needs change from morning to night.

with that being said, I'm still finishing up my bottle of centrum performance so I can't comment on feeling a difference just yet.
