Did we see the same race? The Mustang was walking away but also had more mods.

I just looked at the times, but yes i watched again and the stang walks away. Kinda confused now.

M3 = 12.8 @ 109 mph
GT = 13.0 108 mph

It said the M3 had stock BFG tires?

You've gotta take off as soon as you see the third orange light..You were waiting for the green light to take off.Clearly the mustang was taking off at the third orange light,hence the better start.

you were right in your first post when you said that the M3 had a better launch. a poorer reaction time, but still a better launch.

the stang left the gate earlier, so just because he was walking away at the end doesn't mean he had a better trap speed. you have to consider the speed the M3 would be traveling if it were up at that same spot on the strip.

at least that's how I saw it
