Anyone able to run a carfax for me ? I need a vin check for a car i'm about to buy from a coworker.

You should try to run an autocheck on that car. Carfax is not very reliable. There was once on eBay a 6 Series for sale with slight damage (driver window smashed, bullet holes in the driver door) and the Carfax came out clean.

That's because Carfax is there for severe damage not minor damage like replacing the window.

autocheck is better for all the little stuff.
carfax is better for things like the car being put up for sale, and mileage increments

Regardless I think they're both a bunch of junk as barely anything is reported.
