Need a workout playlist with rap, hip-hop, and dubstep only please

I know there's a thread for a gym playlist somewhere but I'm looking for rap/hip-hop and dubstep only. Anything that gets you pumped up. Idgaf if it's generic BS so long as it's shit that gets me going, preferably bass intensive. I'm not really familiar with mainstream track names so it's hard for me to grooveshark a playlist I like.

Thanks guys this all works. I need to go and download some discographies. I've been slowly getting a grooveshark list as well. Anything really close to these is even better if anybody knows tracks like them. I know this shit's old and was all over the radio but I never listen to it so I never know the names of the tracks and this stuff gives me that extra boost. Even Cudi's chiller stuff has a rhythm that keeps me running.

1, 2 and 4 are good. I'm sick and tired of Mt. Eden. I've heard Sierra Leone at least a couple hundred times (I'm not exaggerating...left the CD in my car for like two months straight).
