Sorry for taking so long to reply.

The manufacturer warranty is through 50K miles or 10/2012 and the CPO warranty is through 100K miles or 10/2014. So with the CPO you have 4 years to drive over 55,000 miles.

Yes, and 4,5,6,and 7th owner. It sticks w/ the car.
