M3 mini photoshoot + commercial

Sometimes it's a great thing when you have some cool friends around. My good friend Eric Kieu is probably one of the very best photographers I know.

His photography eyes and photo editing skills are just nothing short of amazing. He shoots/shot for Import Tuner, Falken, Turbo, Luxury Exotics, MOD, Siphon, ADDX, Super Street, Motor Trend, Sport Compact Car, and the list goes on.

He took a chance to do a mini shoot on my M3 and here are the results. Sorry I had to make them uglier by putting on logo for Eric to protect him.

He also did photoshoot of my SC430, LS460L, and GS350

And I was lucky enough to run into another very cool buddy as well, Gevorg Karensky. He's a student at Art Center Colledge of Design, but don't underestimate what they can do. One late evening of work and some editing / work, he and his crew used my M3 to create the following awesome BMW commercials from scratch. It was amazing to see how they did it and all the fun, great guys to hang out with! Even though the shoot was from midnight till almost morning, it was well worth it!

Before you ask, all the footages are real

i think it might be all custom? i didn't see any brand name or such on all the suction cups and poles

hahhaa it's beyond optimistic

i think initially they looked for e92, but couldn't find any so the next best thing i guess

it was quite a lot of work (quite eye opening i have to say). all the recording, editing, and then sound recording, integration, etc...

Yea it sounds great. Love the echo at the end. where did they put mics on the car?

they actually did quite a few recordings to capture all the sound. behind the car down to the exhaust, and also up front to capture the engine sound

hehe, actually that'd be stock

only mods i have on the car are h&r springs, spacers, painted reflectors, and matte black grille. what they told me is as long as the sound is captured correctly, it would be great -- and it is!

lol, no 0-60 is 4:05 according to that gauge. i would like to see how they got the camera angles.

he's my friend so he sent me the pictures without any watermark, but i want to protect him so i just randomly added his watermark from other pics. yup, they are supposed to be much beter
