wanna get back into the console scene

used to PC game.
now use ubuntu
no games

sold my xbox to pay for 50D.
still have a dusty ps3.

low on cash (had to buy a new lens)
what is an alpha multiplayer game for ps3?
preferable if I can get it on the cheap. (saw some old MW2 for cheap on ebay? though I'm sort of tired of it from playing it on PC so much) (also black ops sucks)

I would keep an eye out on craigslist for a cheap xbox. I have gotten some as low as 50 bucks for just the console. Also if you are doing this, meet at the place where the xbox can be plugged in and booted up with a game to make sure it works correctly.

You could buy a three month for 20 bucks if that helps or find a bunch of 48 hour cards and make a new account every 2 days.
