Help with H.I.D. Angel Eye Lights

Well just need some advice on what it could be. When I turn my lights on the left angel light turns on for a second and then shuts off. it happens everytime. I checked the ground and switched it around same problem. I have had these for about a year or so. Any idea what it could be?

The ballast?

swap the ballasts and see what happens....if the other side turns off with the just relocated ballast...most likely it's the ballast...

try goin to idrive , turn daytime running lights on and off. lol
