I like your car but that 997 had the tiptronic trans from the Flintstones era.
POS if there ever was one.

Homes in Tulsa look like homes in Dallas. Style/brick choice etc..
Your glass swings open on the front doors yes?
The Bermuda looks dormant already. Has it froze there? Or is that St. Augustine?

Lot's of stucco houses as well. Yes the glass windows swing in when the doors are closed. It's nice at night with the water fountain turned on...it's goes right into the main living area. I also have a 108" screen in the theater upstairs that's great for gameday and movies. The grass is Bermuda and I'm not sure if we've had an official freeze or not, although, it's supposed to get to 29 tonight. I go to Dallas quite often and it's a comparable city on a much larger scale.

And you are correct...it was not a PDK transmission they had. I believe it was a 5 speed auto.

Right. I don't know what the outcome would be but you have to go 997.2 TT to get PDK. 10'-11' models which bumped to 500hp while the 997 TT in the show had 485hp.

Dallas is big. So big and busy I have been having dreams of a simple country lifestyle in the not too distant future.. As long as a nice golf course is w/i an hours drive.

Yes the latest TTS is a beast. 0-60 in 2.7 seconds, 10.6 1/4 mile!

I do love your GTR though. Congrats OP!

Seems to me the M3 was also on the show with that same name. I think they ran it against the IS-F. But like I said, I still don't consider the M3 a supercar.

That has to be the biggest joke of a car show I've ever seen. Tanner Foust is a ****** (and will be the main reason for the downfall of Top Gear USA, IMO) and they have the dumbest comparos.

Its funny how nobody would have a problem calling it a supercar if Nissan upped the price by 50k and changed it to an Infiniti

I think speed channel is the reason for that show sucking... But then again, I'm an optimist!

I think you may be right. With all the NASCAR that infects that channel along with garbage like Car Crazy, SPEED themselves could very well be to blame.

Speed was the shiznit back then. I remember when we first got I in 97 or 98 I used to watch BTCC, American Muscle car and some other good shows. It started going down when this guy Dave Despain took over then it was Nascar from 24/7.

The 997.2 just came out in 2010. The 997/996/993 TT is AWD too.

X2.
