A little Saturday morning E93 detailing session...

This past Saturday was sunny and nice in New York so I decided to detail my E93 and my dad's Mini Cooper S.

Nice pics. I like the black 19" CSL style wheels.

I cleaned mine this weekend too, although I mainly did the interior as I hadn't thoroughly cleaned the inside since the beginning of the summer.

You drive it in the winter?

the wheels are actually matte bronze, i believe they were coated through pyspeed. They look amazing in the right light.

E93 looks good and I guess with that color on the wheels, they look the same clean or dirty. To me, they look dirty on an otherwise clean car. I know it's the law but that front mounted license plate just ruins the look of the car for me.

What's with the horrible color on the Mini's license plates? Are those for real?

Yeah that plate is the "New" plate for NY State.

That is why I kept my current plates.

I like the M looks great in that colour. You NEED to get shadowtrim though for the windows. It will compliment the black wheels and grilles. Also, is that a Cooper? I thought it was the Clubman but it's even badged as a Cooper.

Car looks great. +1 on the shadow trim. You should get it wrapped in vinyl. I did it on my E93 trim. came out great. Changes the whole look and will really complete your theme.
