v1 plugs right into the lighter....never ever had an issue before.....

they said that the leather was damaged in transit from germany, thats why they had it so long, but why the steering wheel? and they couldnt show me the claimed scratched steering wheel?? where did it go???

they damaged the wheel. its not a big deal, but they should have told you they did and they should have paid for it instead of charging your insurance company (which i'm sure they did).

they never told me anything and yes they did charge the insurance co

Perhaps the fuse is the wrong size. If not, find something else to plug into the lighter and replace the fuse. If it blows again there might be a lighter socket issue. Also try the v1 in a different socket to see if it's blowing the fuse. Very unlikely it's the software.

Try plugging the V1 into the socket under the glove box. That way you see if it is the detector or something going on with the socket.
