Speedometer / Odometer calibration

I'm not sure if this is posted in the correct forum, but I am wondering if it is possible to calibrate the speedometer / odometer to account for either changes in final drive ratios or circumferences of rear tires?

or even just to make it accurate in the first place would be nice
