Removing Front Amber LED Light?

I want to remove the annoying orange looking bulb when the angel and low beams are on. Tom from EAS can remove it via coding but unfortunately i'm in NY and no one else seems to know how to do this. Anyways let me know if anyone knows how I can go about this. Thanks
