Cupholders

While someone was getting into my car they hit their knee on the passenger cupholder and snapped that bad boy straight off. I went to BMW and they said they don't manufacture my one anymore and that theres a new style with a silver flash piece in the middle. I didn't like that, nor did I like the idea of having to replace both so that they would be matching. Does anyone know where I can get the 'old' style that is all black?

Same thing happened to me. I just stuck it back in the hole and tried to forget about it. I dont like people eating or drinking in the car anyway.

Your best option might be to find someone who tore down their interior to build a dedicated track car and buy it off them

Buy the euro cupholder delete panel instead. Kill two birds with one stone.

I've seen pics of it here but basically it just replaces the cupholder strip in the dash with a flat panel. I'm sure someone like Evan can get you the part number.

happens ALL the time to me as well.. pretty annoying. It's like," you didnt see that when you were getting in?!" but by that time, it's too late.. i don't know how, but mine is still in tact~
