I have a brand new pair of Earthquake SWS-8 subs... never got around to installing them. SOLD

FYI - I don't know if they are 2ohm or 4ohm. There is no indication of it anywhere on the box, manual, or subs.

Do these simply just drop into the OEM spots? The wires just connect/solder up, right?

Yes, they are a direct replacement for the OEM BMW subs.

Isn't the stock system 8 ohm? I don't think they're plug and play, because you'll need external power.

Well, if you can figure out if they are 2 or 4ohm I may be interested.. Get an ohm meter and test them if you have to.

If those are the SWS-8X they are 4 ohm, and the SWS-8Xi is 2ohm each!

ideally, yes... otherwise they won't sound much better than stock
