Since you are new here, you probably don't have enough posts. You have to have a certain amount of posts before being able to PM.

You have to wait a day. I got my post count up to 10 and still couldn't PM. I came back the next day and my PM's were enabled.

I keep telling you guys the best way to get posts so you can PM is to go post in the off topic discussion thread, you get double posts there

It is kind of silly to not allow PM's right away. Why not just use a human detection software? Make sure its a real person?

On other forums we just leave our email addy for them to email us until we hit the # of posts...
