That's a high lease payment. I'm leasing a 2011 E92 M3, almost identical to yours with an MSRP of $75k. My monthly lease payment is $970 (including tax). You may need to offer a cash incentive to move this car.
You should list your car on swapalease.com. I listed my 2008 E90 335xi there last month and it was gone within 2 weeks. Good luck!

For my new M3 lease, I put nothing down (as usual). I just paid the out of pocket expenses: first month, acquisition, doc/reg fees.
To get out of my 335 lease, I offered a $2,000 incentive. My monthly payment was $684 (+ tax) with 13 payments remaining. By offering the incentive, the effective monthly payment became $530 (+ tax). I had buyers lining up to take over my lease. I probably could have done a better deal if I had waited longer, but I needed the car gone ASAP. $2,000 is a small price to pay to drive a new M3 today.
