If you want to stay in first world countries, you're pretty much limited to the U.S. and U.K. Even then, it's not even all glamorous.

I always chuckle when people visit L.A. to tour Hollywood and they see how shitty some parts are. You can drive down one street for 5 miles that basically connects Beverly Hills to the ghetto.

Places like The Philippines are world renowned as tourist attraction. They have some of the biggest malls in the world to lure in posh visitors. Not to mention the cost of living is much lower so your money goes a lot longer there.
