I would say get a second hand 335d Sedan (E90) with low millage, and then get the new M3 Coupé (F32).

How much cash will you be willing to put down as down payment?

Since you have no credit (you score maybe in the 700's, but you've never owned/leased a luxury brand before I suppose), BMWFS will require a big down payment whether you lease or finance.

My advice would be leasing something cheaper now ($400~$600 monthly payment), establish yourself with the financial services of you choice...and then you can even begin to talk about a M3 or any of the cars you mentioned.
