Vendor Rep! IND, RennSpec and Alekshop

Hey all,

I have been in the market for an exhaust over the past few days.
I have been exploring a ton of different options and many different vendors.

Out of everyone I have contacted, these three specific vendors definitely stood out in regards to:

1. Customer Service
2. Honesty
3. Product Knowledge
4. Communication
5. Pricing

Here are the Vendors and the associated reps I have been communicating with:

IND-Distribution - Ilia
RennSpec - Garry and Simon (also JohnnyLin as another rep on the boards)
Alekshop - Aleks

Also, shout outs to Eric@PYSpeed and Billy @ Vivid Racing. Although I haven't had as much experience with these two vendors, they both stood out to me as quality vendors you can work with.

Just wanted to share my $.02.
Definitely feels good to be treated well - especially when driving a prestigious car such as the M3.

I spent the most time on the phone with RennSpec. They were also the most honest when it came to the products I was interested in.

I wouldn't rank them in a specific order, just to be fair. It all came down to the amount of time I spent interacting with them

They are all great.

Gary @ Rennspec is the only person I would deal with when it came to aftermarket parts.

+1 on RennSpec and Alekshop.

I worked with RennSpec on most of my mods and they have been outstanding. Nothing but good things to say about the RennSpec crew.

Aleks is awesome too. I drove up to his shop to get my V1 stealth install done and couldn't be happier with the outcome and the service.

I'm planning on picking up an Akra (and more) from him in the future.

Haven't done business with Aleks yet. However can't imagine it being bad.

IND and Rennspec are terrific vendors!

In my opinion, IND has defintely been on the top of my list as far as Vendors go. They have incredible customer service, and the work they do speaks for itself. I have not dealt with the other vendors, so I can't comment on them. But I don't think it could get much better then IND.

Purchased my exhaust from RennSpec last week.
Purchased Thursday, delivered Friday (free overnight shipping!), installed Saturday.

+1 for Aleks - called him from Germany and he was able to assist with my multimedia interface/rear cam install. He even created a PnP with custom power wire in order to hook up a rear camera from a competitor!

I haven't dealt with IND yet, but from everything I've heard about them, I can only imagine them to be a fantastic vendor.

However, since they are local to me, I've dealt with RennSpec time and time again, and they've given me nothing but absolutely stellar service. They've even, more than one occasion, helped me out with things that had nothing to do with them, so +1 for RennSpec!
