does anyone have any experience with this?

if i got it i would get this so i don't need to do any mods to the factory wiring
so i would just plug it in to the ODB-II prt

based on my stock car it says i'd gain 24hp and 15lb/ft
which is not crazy enough that i think its just marketing talk
