email notifications

For some reason I'm not receiving email notifications of replies to subscribed threads recently and can't figure out why. All my settings seem to be right, nor have I changed any settings.

Check you "Junk/Spam" folder....

I checked...I don't even have a junk folder...it all goes into my inbox and junk mail is just flagged. In my "list subscriptions" page the notification column is still all set to "instant" I have not changed anything....just one day I noticed I stopped getting the emails.
