what would be a good offer for an 2008 e92 m3, the car is fully loaded, 6speed, and has around 43k on it

All depends?

US or Canadian Car?

Certified Series from BMW?

Otherwise only has 2yrs/37K warranty left on it

Accidents?

Fully loaded? all options which ones specifically.

I mean there are many factors, so throwing out a number or asking us with all this ambiguity in question is challenging to throw a price on a car like this one!

its a private sale
from what the seller told me over the phone, its has all the options except the dct, and rear sunshade..
the car is a canadian car, never any accidents.

Its not fully equipped then as the rear sunshade was part of the executive package.

the problem is that the guy who is selling the car is from quebec. so he barely speaks any english, and i speak no french at all... and i am really intrested in the car, its posted on trader.ca his price is listed at 61500. but he is willing to negotiate, im just not sure what to offer this guy...
its frustrating lol...and im really in a rush to get behind the wheel of an m3

Why are you after an out of province car which is not easily accessible at this point as per your post?

Are you looking for a coupe/sedan/convertible.
