Lenovo sucks

I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge advertised at $579 with an Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 processor. The next day, I checked my order status and it changed to an AMD processor, and I called to cancel.

Today, I get an e-mail from Lenovo sales. THEY SHIPPED ME THE ONE WITH THE AMD PROCESSOR ANYWAY. From China.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT KNOW WTF THEY ARE DOING.

Did you read on slickdeals.net about the deal? It is an AMD processor. I guess they're just too lazy to fix it. If you've called in to cancel then that's their bad (maybe the info was delayed and China just shipped it out or something). I would at least give them a chance to refund you the money or whatever before telling everyone that they suck.

No, they suck. They are lazy and disorganized. I called to cancel and communicated with two different people. Both acknowledged the mistake and sent in the cancellation. The computer still shipped.

To add insult to injury, their sales support department is closed on the weekend so I have no recourse until Monday. And the computer is on the way from China. LOL. What a joke of a vendor.
