Not really, the wear bars were making a lot of road noise and they were skittish in the rain when you hit the ruts full of water. I probably should have changed them out at 21K, but down here we don't have to worry about snow. I could have driven the fronts longer but I didn't want to mix brands.
Off topic, I miss Trier I was stationed at Bitburg 1983-1988. Bitte ein bit!

I dont drive my car hard at all, only have done launch control twice ever. I was getting an oil change over the weekend and they discovered that my rears were down to the "something" bars and needed to be replaced. I had flats on both of them about a year or so ago so im sure i didnt get any more than 13k miles out of them.

First time ive worn out a set of tires on a car, I usually trade it in first.

I got about 12,500 miles out of the rears. My only dissapointment is that the left rear was noticeable more worn that right rear. I would have thought the LSD would have provided more even wear. Maybe I just turn right more? Another thing I noticed is the middle was more worn then the inside or outside. I use 36psi front and rear and I wonder if a little less pressure would provide more even wear.

My first set lasted 11,000 Kms and my second set of rears just bit the bullet at 6,500 Kms (I reckon I reduced the life by around 5,000 Kms in around 10 mins of drifting and donut fun this weekend!) ;-)

I think these reports are pretty encouraging. To get 15,000 or 20K miles out of the rears is pretty good.

I'm at 8,000 miles with OEM Continentals wear is currently:
Left and right rear 7/32"
Right front 8/32"
Left front 6/32" (want to guess why?)

I'm at 13k miles with stock PS2's and I have plenty of tread left AND I have those threads still on the tires.

23000 miles and I am about to buy my third set (including the ones that came with the wheels at 1000 miles) of Michelin PS2s (all 4 wheels). I have a seperate set of OEM 18s for track too so these have been road only.

E92 M3, Breyton GTS 19s, black and carbon all over
Factory Mini John Cooper Works 211bhp
MK Indy R track car (road legal) 300bhp+ per ton, sequential box
