But it looks just like a new PSW.

Comes with everything that comes with new.
Manual, Coil Spring Cartridge, Wiring, Wheel.

Is it leather wrapped or suede?

It looks exactly like this:

so the top and bottom are leather
and the left and right sides are suede (best of both worlds)
and everything in this picture is everything you get with mine
