Just bought a 02' M3; Did I ge a good deal?

So my 335i is getting turned in on lease and I bought a fully loaded 02' silver M3 for $19,500.00. It has 38,000 miles on it and is getting the full check up by BMW before I stroke the check and make it official.

so, did I get a good deal? By all accounts I think I made out.

Ive been shopping for the right E46 M3 for 8 months, you got a great deal! As long as its not a vert with smg, you can get those cars for free.
