08 E92 Lease assumption feeler/test

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None
Item Interest
Hello,

I haven't completely committed to it yet, but I may need to get rid of my baby, hence this is just a feeler/test to see if it would be diserable.

She's an 2008 Interlagos Blue E92 6MT M3 with the following options:
- 6-speed Manual
- Black Novillo Leather interior
- Premium Package
- Technology package
- Cold Weather Package
- 19" Forged Double spoke wheels
- iPod adapter

The only "mods" I've done are white front reflectors (I stll have the orange too), rubber floor mats (again still have the originals), and a BMW cargo contianer thing in the trunk so stuff doesn't slide around.

She has about 12,500 miles on her now, but she had 900 when I got her (she was the demo at the local dealer).

It's a 36 month lease at 12,000 miles a year with 26 months remaining, which comes to about 940 miles a month left.

Not sure what all information I need to put in this for people to know, but the best part is the monthly payment is $689.39 a month! Which from other lease assumptions sites is about $100-150 less than the lowest posted on there.

Here are the last pictures I took of here back at the beginning of September. I took these after me and detailer friend of mine (who has 25 yrs of running his own detail shop) spent a whole day hand washing, drying, claying, polishing, and waxing her.

She has been my daily driver but also I've take VERY good care of her.

The only negative I can think of is she does need new tires. I'm not sure if I should do this, or if the next person would? I mean if I keep it I'm going to put much cheaper tires than the Michelins that came with it, so not sure if that would be a big deal to people or if they'd rather just put what they wanted on it.

Let me know.

Thanks
