Very impressive to see a quality build like this one! Good luck and looking forward to seeing pics of the progress.

Road car bodywork needs to be double skinned and be an OEM fit to be perfect so we mould the race car parts as road car parts, however in the race car applications the parts are single skinned CF sometimes with small supporting CF matt around fitting points or where we need extra rigidity, this is all to ensure the lightest weight possible.

Our front bumper designs are a little different to BMW in that BMW MS tend to integrate the splitter into the bumper, however this means that any damage to the splitter results in critical damage to the bumper itself and thats both expensive and can affect results in a race if the whole bumper is damaged. We prefer the method to design the bumper so that it can be used with a variety of splitter designs (different length splitters mean we can run different wing angles etc) which allows us to finely set up the car for different circuits and race lenghts, for example a 2 hr endurance race we would run slighly less wing and overall aero than a 20min sprint and less still for a 24hr race. We have splitter lenghts in 10mm increments which simply bolt on and off in about 6 minutes so changes to front aero are relatively easy, add on dive planes etc we can adjust the front aero grip by quite a wide range without the needs to replace bumpers.

Cool way to add the fogs in tho
Not actually fog light areas but for brake ducting to cool the front Alcons. However for a road application the 87mm design means most after market fog lights will fit as well, one of the ways we try to ensure the race and road items come from the same or very similar moulds.

Whole interior will be for sale as soon as we can sort it. Was, satnav, comms pack, full leather interior, doorcards, seats you name it. We have a big motorsport show in the UK called Autosport where we are unveiling the car so after that i guess we'll sort selling it.

Oh, thats a cool way to route and ensure a larger air volume for the brakes. I assumed you guys would run brake cooling in the under panel like the Koni Challenge M3's and GTS4/5 M3's

Cool that it allows capability to pick and choose with the same bumper

The whole underside of the front bumper makes up a flat floor section under the engine (hence the bonnet, when you see it) has extra vents above the rad to aid cooling, we also slant the rad back a little. This flat floor means its hard to make use of it for any decent brake cooling without naca ducts and these aren't really enough for brakes. We've moved the brake ducts inboard to maximise the aero effect from the front dive planes (not shown) much the same as the next gen GT2 bumper. Bumper inlets will give about 16x more airflow than an under floor duct as well.

Awesome!!!

This car is off the charts! I would definately take one of these over a Porsche GT3 RS.

No, currently have larger intake in development which will be mated to full race system (rear and side exit). We are using the Pectel ECU from Cosworth Electronics which is the same set up as used in the BMW GT2 car.
