Just called Customs and was told that mine (also arrived on the Turandot) is awaiting papers from the 'Broker' before they can inspect.

I am guessing that this is the VDC which has to submit this request to get the car through Customs including appropriate documentation.

They said once they receive the papers it usually takes less than 2 days for Customs release.

A few guys that were on the previous ship (Sunday 10/25) are still waiting for Customs clearance of their BMW's. So I'm guessing early next week for us.

Very cool man. Seems like some people have had quick 2-3 day turn around, and others a week or so.

IT'S IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Putting in the shop to get cleaned up and tested, then I should be going by this weekend to finalize the deal

Mine arrived at the port 10/30 and just made it to the dealer today. My dealer is only 40 mins away from Port Hueneme too.

Oh and the OC just today showed the status as "At Preparation Center." Just a bit delayed....

Mine will be at the dealer this weekend. But can't make it to L.A. till next Thursday.
