I love these seats. I have a dedicated track car and another set of seats I need to free up some space. The m3 will only see a few track days here
and there so they're not getting the full use out of them.

They're totally fine and I really love them, just no sense in having three race shells.

Here are some pics, they will ship freight and I will separate them if someone absolutely positively picks the other one up. I had a bad experience splitting up OEM wheels before and tires one time

another question on these seats... are they height adjustable?

Using the mounting points on the side bracket you can place the seats a notch higher from where I have it or about 2" lower.
They are not height adjustable using the sliders. They slide forward and back enough so girls can still access the rear seats.
I don't think any race shells are height adjustable as fixed back seats are meant to sit on place firmly without moving at all. That wouldn't be ideal for track use.

are the backs finished carbon fiber, like glossy? or what do they look like in the cabin, unfinished?

They match the interior very well. Leather is a good match and the backs are like a glossy piano black finish. They don't look unfinished, it's kind of like car paint.

Carbon fibre seats would be $3-5k for one seat alone depending on brand and model

i think you answered my question already... basically i am not concerned bout moving the seat up and down everyday but i really want to make sure that i can get settled in when i install the seat into the car... so i guess there are different bolting points to adjust the height of the seats.
