I love these seats. I have a dedicated track car and another set of seats I need to free up some space. The m3 will only see a few track days here
and there so they're not getting the full use out of them. They're totally fine and I really love them, just no sense in having three race shells.

damn this is so tempting !!! i dont have 3k to spare though... would you consider parting out the seats ? maybe someone else on the board wants the other one??

Here are some pics, they will ship freight and I will separate them if someone absolutely positively picks the other one up. I had a bad experience splitting up OEM wheels before and tires one time

Using the mounting points on the side bracket you can place the seats a notch higher from where I have it or about 2" lower.
They are not height adjustable using the sliders. They slide forward and back enough so girls can still access the rear seats. I don't think any race shells are height adjustable as fixed back seats are meant to sit on place firmly without moving at all. That wouldn't be ideal for track use.

They match the interior very well. Leather is a good match and the backs are like a glossy piano black finish. They don't look unfinished, it's kind of like car paint.
Carbon fibre seats would be $3-5k for one seat alone depending on brand and model
