these are just replacement bulbs... not an hid or led angel eye kit... it will dim when the headlights are on... its the same for my mtec bulbs ... i dont understand why people complain when they see how the mtec/gp thunders perform...

they are much cheaper than any hid/led kit and they are easy to install with absolutely no error codes... so in essence- you get a good deal for the money that you pay.
