Can't tell for others but I'm the person who bought it from this thread.
The person who created this thread (graves4r6) sold his M3 and got a 3er wagon.
From what I can tell after using 3k miles, it sounds really good and fitment is perfect. Very well made intake. It's just a bit overpriced. That's about it.

(I really can't believe this thread is still alive.)
