Accident

So I pull the dumbest move ever today. Park my car in the garage, then my wife's car behind it. Go inside come back outside and M (e92 M3) rolled into my wife's car. About ten feet down the drive. My bumper has the license plate bolt holes and the bottom grill is bent. My wife's car (G35 Coupe) , just put the license plate on two ago because she got pulled over for no plate, cut her entire bumper. For the first time in my life, left handbrake down, out of gear and the damn garage door open! How should I claim this with my insurance? Any recommendations. The G I can get a new painted bumper for around $500 (that's also my deductible). Thanks for any help.
