Technic, we were just discussing this on the other thread...where does it say it is not available in the USA? The press-release says available worldwide in july 2009. Did I miss something?

available worldwide, if you buy it in germany
 , there not letting the limited editions get to far.. they will all be acounted for without being shipped around the world.. this is just my opinion, but i figure bmw's thinkin "why bother"
