TPMS help

I bought set of BMW TPMS sensors along with a set of proper valve stems


pretty sure the part numbers are correct:






Now my question is how is the TPMS supposed to sit? I think on OEM wheels the sensor edge is suppose to touch the inside of the wheels like so

however the sensor is only flush against the wheel when it is 100% loose on my TE37



and when I tighten everything down the sensor is no longer touching the wheel :







As the way it sits now, is it going to be a problem? Or am I not installing everything correctly? Looking to install tires on these today if possible, so quick responses will be appreciated.

It does not have to touch, you will be fine. The angle on the wheels mounting section must just be more than stock. This would be to accomodate several types of sensors I would imagine. You will be fine.
