Which is typical of BMW NA, they don't want the expense to offer it here, which is odd because they say the US is the BIGGEST market for M3s. All I know is that I am in the market for a 2010 (E90) and would easily pay up to $1500 for an individual color, you would think many of us would. I am hoping maybe since they aren't offering the "edition" M3s here they will at least add a color or two for 2010 (but they didn't on the M5 or M6). of course if they do they will probably not offer it on the E90 just the E92 (for those wondering I would love to get a E92 but my 6 month old son makes that a little tough, try getting a car seat into the back of a coupe!

right $5K,
![]() I mean does it really cost BMW $5,000 more to use that paint? If they just threw a few more special colors into the basic colors and charged $1500 ($950 more than the other metallic paints) they could make easy $$$. Heck the regular 3 series has like 17 color choices now ![]() oh and how about Oyster leather, LeMans Blue with Oyster leather, hell yeah (Z4 and X6 have it) |

$5K is clearly not logical to get one of those unique/special exterior colors. BMW should know better than that. ![]() |
