how much discount on 08 after 2010 release?

Hi, I was planning on getting a brand new 135i with MSRP of around 40k

But then I changed my mind to get a used M3, since the cheapest used M3 is just around 45000.

im wondering by how much would this 08 M3 $45000 get discounted after the release of 2010 M3's.

not a whole lot...45k is a great price on a used m3 imo

Maybe a couple thousand due to the new tail lights in the 2010 model

straight up. But since I'm a college student even 45k is a bit tight and saving a couple buck would allow me to drink a couple more beers
