Miami Caravan to Boca Raton Meet Roll Call

I decided to go to the meet and I know there are quite a few folks heading from Miami. Let's try and roll together and have some fun on the way.

i agree i dont want to drive all the way up to FIU segadredo Brickell is better im down for the caravan if its there i have a white e92 m3. my friend is also ganna come on the caravan with me if its at brickell he has a black e92 m3.

Do you guys want to stop by in the way at Segafredo and pick us up there? Then we all roll together on I-95. Waiting on I95 is not the best idea...

Guys, Segafredo is way down on Brickell and at least a 20 minute ordeal with a bunch of cars around that area because of parking, etc. I'd be down, but everyone on the FIU caravan would have to agree to meet earlier.

I've done several (successful) Golden Glade caravan join in for different events, rides, and caravans. Just need to pull off to the right side just after the (183rd ST) Miami Gardens Drive Exit (near top of the lake in the link/ map below). There is plenty of room there.

Before Aventura/ 203rd St Exit (closer to the Hospital at the Golden Glades interchange) It's about half way to FAU

I would rather have us meet somewhere on US-1 close to I95. Is that okay? How about at CEC Wheels close to The Collection?

LOL- That's even further south than Brickell... Golden glades is on the way to Boca/ FAU. Anything south of 836 & I-95 is in the opposite direction of where we're heading and need to be.

It's really up to the majority though, (It doesn't make a difference to me, we will just have to meet/ leave FIU earlier).


CEC would probably be a good start point for the folks coming from the South/ East parts of Miami-Dade and about a 25 minute drive from 183rd Street & I-95

Driving on a caravan its fun, check with your group and let us know. As soon as you guys arrive at our destination, we can all just leave and not waist time. Most of us on my group lives on Brickell and Sobe/Fisher Island.

PLAN "B" IS IN EFFECT!!

What happened? I got a call from FAU this morning retracting our date due to a "crowd control" issue.

Thankfully we have the alternate location "PLAN B" secure.

Images and directions are below. Plan B location is located across the street from FAU at the University Commons Plaza parking lot (on the EAST SIDE). *Refer to MAP*

SAME DATE: MAY 2, 2009 SATURDAY
SAME TIME: 12PM




DIRECTIONS:
-I95 EXIT GLADES ROAD
-HEAD EAST ON GLADES ROAD
-ONCE YOU PASS NW15TH AVE, THERE WILL BE A PLAZA ON YOUR RIGHT.
-PULL INTO PLAZA AND GO TO THE FAR EAST OF THE PARKING LOT.
-WE WILL BE THERE!
