Vellano VSI and run flat question

I have a set of aftermarket wheels that are 20" Vellano VSI can I use the tmps with them? i know the valve stem are 90 degrees inside??? is anyone familiar with these rims? and also are the stock 19s michelins run flats?

Try http://superbuytires.com for the TPMS question, as they are a dealer. No M car comes with run flats.

You can use TPMS sensors with them but you will need an adapter to make it fit with the valve stem on these wheels. I believe iForged sells these TPMS adapters separately.

you do need their TPMS adapter to fit the TPMS on there. Let us know if you need any.
Also, as Greg mentioned the stock tires are not runflats.
