I did p90x last year, its realllyy intense work out.. and really works also, honestly, follow there rules push yourself and keep up it, and you will feel better, look better etc!

This is not a joke. They make you do a pre-P90x workout routine to gauge if you are ready for the real thing. And once you start P90x, it will kick your butt. Simply put, it's not easy, you'll sweat A Lot, very sore in the beginning, and you must sacrifice and change your bad eating habits. Stick with the routine and you'll see results.

I downloaded it and tried following it for a week. The day after the first workout I couldn't move my upper body at all, I was so sore.

tried this for a week - ridiculously good workout. VERY intense and VERY time consuming. I will restart once I finally get enough time.

bmstyle on the forums tried it, didn't follow the routines but just chose a few vids he liked, did em routinely - he saw very good results, he went being a skinny kid to a moderate/pretty built individual (upper body - since he decided to do that only)

Im on Day 32 today of P90x and its workn pretty good. I am pretty skinny and i have prob gained roughly 7 pounds in muscle so far. P90x is a great workout just takes a lot of time (roughly hr a day). But it does work.

Thanks for the replies guys. I guess it's worth a download haha Do they do a lot of pull up bar exercises? I don't have one and don't want to drill holes on my ceiling.

A few of them do, but not all. I would def recommend giving it a shot. I'm going to start back up once I have a little more free time and more discipline with my diet.

An hour isn't a lot of time. It's the amount of time a typical workout should last.

I have heard great things about it though. I wouldn't mind giving it a try sometime.

Its like anything though, you need to give 100% effort and actaully do it to get amazing results. What you eat will determine your results.
Ebay sells pullup bars for 30 bucks, they hang over any door frame and no drilling required. Amazon also sells them(iron gym)

ive seen the commericals and shows on it, honestly in 90 days no fatass can turn his fat bear belly into a 6-8 pack like they show its complete bullshit...

Its literally impossible...to drop your body weight that much down.

For everyone saying yea it works it works it works, obviously itll work....wont the same dedication work at the gym also?

Im more curious to see the diet plan they put you on then the workout, that is more important.

Boosted335 you are prob right you can get the same results at the gym but the cool thing about the workouts is the guy tells you what to do and when to do it. For me that works bc honestly if i go to the gym i wouldn't know what to do besides hangout at the treadmill bc thats where all the chicks are haha.

I can do the stuff at the gym and that's what I plan on doing . I want to learn the different exercises the guy does. Most likely I'll gonna put it on my iphone and watch it at the gym. (gonna do the cheesy stuff at home haha). And i know there was a thread like this before but i searched and couldn't find it.

Few years ago an awesome company called Google started a web site www.google.com. If used properly it can fetch an incredible amount of information.... just kidding. Seriously, a nice trick for searches of this sort is to google like so:

muscle confusion makes P90X more effective than working out at the gym by yourself plus having to keep up with everyone on the videos makes it harder.
