If the kids that were invited don't want to go, they don't have to RSVP.

If there are ANY teens (7th grade = 12-13) living in NEW YORK CITY that doesn't already fully understand that there are same-sex partnerships, they are truly living in denial. It's not like this is some shocking event in New York City social life. Get real.

It wasn't like he was forcing anything on anyone. He is a popular teacher, and the request to be invited to the ceremony came from the KIDS THEMSELVES:

“They kept asking if they were invited,” he said of his students at Columbia, a selective public school that specializes in math, science and engineering. “Originally, I said no. But when I found a venue that turned out to be big enough I said, ‘O.K., you can come.’ I invited their parents, too.”

Nothing wrong with being gay, or gay marriage. But that is weird for a teacher to invite students and parents to the wedding. Hope there is an open bar so the kiddies can have a really good time.

Not if it gives a survival advantage to the extended family. There have been studies done about this, but you wouldn’t have heard about them from Fox News or the Washington Times.
