To be honest, we've never heard any issue with the aFe filters until recently. Reports from others have claimed any rattles or fitment issues were gone when repalced with the Macht Schnell filters.

We're even providing free installation throughout the month of March for our local M3 owners to sweeten the deal. Just give me a call to make an appointment beforehand.

why would you want to use the Carbon Fibre airbox lid? It looks nice, but would it restrict air flow?

The airbox lid is the same shape & dimensions as the stock piece, only in CF. This item will be announced in a separate thread when ready.

Yes sir, drop on by and pick one up. Intake sound is a bit deeper under engine load with the new filter isntalled.

Bring the M3 and we'll install it for you.

Just want to bump this one and give praise to the great team at EAS!
Made the trip from Encino to pick it up / have it installed.

Good price, good work, and great people!

Thanks Tom for letting me futz with the performance wheel on your ride! I am saving up as we speak

Keep up the good work!

Today was the day for M3s, they just kept rolling in.

Appreciate the feedback, we can install the Performance Steering Wheel if you'd like also. You also got a good feel of the Recaros.

That is my SSII E90 in the above picture, I had the guys at EAS install it for me on Monday. First I would like to say that Tom and the guys at EAS know how to treat there customers, I am local so I was able to go and pick up a filter in person. Tom offered to do the install for free and showed me around the shop after he was done.
Now to the intake after a few days of driving around I have noticed a slight difference in the tone of the engine when you get on it, I would say it sounds a bit deeper. It seems slightly more responsive as far as throttle response.

Overall I am happy for the money spent, next is an exhaust and from what everyone is saying a pulley may also need to be considered
