Lets not get into this argument again. While I agree they did hand out several "questionable" infractions (especially the one you got), they were just continuing to run the site the way it has always been run.
The new mods do need to be a little less biased though. Now that the initial friction has worn off we just need someone keep everything orderly.

A word to the wise... choosing a mod based solely on his/her knowledge of cars probably is not a good idea. Moderators should be chosen based on their temperament and, ideally, their knowledge of what it takes go be a good moderator on an internet forum. Moderators really aren't there to take sides in arguments about cars, so car knowledge, although a plus, really isn't an important factor. Ideally, I should be able to pull a good moderator from any forum on the Internet, and they'd be able to do their job just fine here, with only a cursory knowledge of BMWs, or for that matter cars.

1addicts went from someplace special to just another internet car forum, complete with trolls, jackasses and increased connectivity issues. Also, people that were previously banned are now back and violating forum rules.

I notice Izzo is now a mod! That's great! Though I do believe we need at least 3 or 4 mods because not everyone is online at every time

They quit a couple days after the merger. Apparently the moderating styles between the 1Addicts that we all knew and the e90Post.com et al's was different enough that they couldn't compramise their standards and decided to step down.
