Red face Newbie Wheel Question, Will this fit?

I found a set of BBS @ 20's, with following setting
F8.5JJ R10JJ F+36 R+38

Will this set fit E92 m3? or it will require spacer's?
I'm very new to wheels, so please let me know what I need to know to get it right

Thanks guys!

I wouldn't put +36 and +38 offset wheels on my car, but with 15mm spacers they might look okay.

You might need massive spacers. I was going to get a set of Volk w
E46 M3 offset, but decided against it because I would have had to run spacers in the front.

The widths are fine, you would probably need spacers because those offsets are higher than stock. Front is not sooo far off, but the rear needs a big spacer,

^+1 Totally agree. you can put 15mm spacers all around and they will work with the new M3. That set up is more like non-M E92 set up.
