Why didn't they mold the part flush on the side where the splitter meets the bumper?

Wheels next?

The whole thing is molded.

If you're talking about the very sides close to the wheels, the reason that body line is there instead of totally smooth/flush with the bumper is it would've taken way too much filler. It's hard to see from pictures, but the bumper actually gets a little bit narrower as is gets closer to the ground. In order to fill the whole thing out smooth so that line wasn't there would've taken far too much filler.

My qeustion is, out of all the front spoilers out there, which one(s) actually will provide more down-force on the front wheels at speeds?? Some look pretty nice like this one on the original post, others I've seen and I can't remember all of them, but a few did not look too good. But I kinda like the Hammon one and this one. I think the AC Schnitzer was a bit ugly but don't remember off hand. Anyway, which one actually will provide some performance enhancement??

Beautiful and clean. I love everything about this car. I've seen a lot of front lips but this lip is the best when it's painted and moulded to the front bumper. Now you need to do a proper photoshoot

Hey man, hope you dont mind. I messed around in photoshop a little bit and did a quick blending job. Trying to blend the molding a little smoother.

Agreed that would look better. Problem with doing that in the real world is you'd have a big chunk of filler that won't last very long. Otherwise I would've done it.

Am I the only one who thinks the painted VRS front lip looks tacky?

Maybe,

I know I'm one of the few that thinks putting CF all over the car is tacky.

hmmmm... Whats the reason for molding it? For myself, I would want the option to be able to take it off whenever I want. Also what if the lip gets damaged or something.
