radio stopped working?

couldnt find it on search, but today my radio stopped playing audio. i can tune the radio and it senses my bluetooth phone fine but there's no audio. it wont let me choose the cd changer or aux input either. anyone have this issue? mine is the base system

happened to me several times
the only thing i can think of that caused it is if i unplug the ipod or usb flash drive when i am playing music from them
and usually i lose the usb sound and one more source
either the sat radio or the tuner
so i stopped unplugging the ipod and usb

I've had this happen to me a few times also, I turned off the car and everything worked after I started it up again. I told my service adviser and she told me to come in and have my software upgraded.
