That is awesome though it looks like it swings upside down at times. Where on the 'ring are those turns?

Since you can't put the same g-load on the test rig as you can on the track - you have to simulate it by rotating the engine.

I was going to say Porsche is going a little overboard. Perhaps they were testing the car for the Hot Wheels 360s loop track.
