If by naturally gifted you mean he is black, then yes, he is.

Otherwise, with the right dedication to training anyone can do this. Well actually I shouldn't say anyone.

^^^ +1 this is the type of shit you learn when in jail, all they have is a few push up bars and they work with what they got. You could tell by looking at his legs that he is not a gynast, they look like sticks... lol But damn that parralell hold on the fence is insane

Calisthenics and hitting up the bars is great stuff. I was doing work today on them today actually.

Guys in the vids though are stupid, crazy strong. Takes a lot of effort to get that good.

I'm not sure you are aware at how much strength it requires to do some of this stuff.

Those pushup type things on the parallel bars are absolutely INSANE
It takes a fuckload. I know that. You're whole body has to work together to accomplish these feats.

I'll be able to do it someday. At least that's a goal I have.

that shit is NUTS...granted the guy seems to be on the short side which makes some of that a bit easier..those behind the back pullups were straight NUTS..and the fact that he was completely parallel in alot of those moves with little to no shaking was a feat!

Yes, that is the difference between him and the guys in the other videos posted. Impressive nevertheless!

The strong upper body and relatively weak legs remind me of b-boy junior. Check out 1:20. This video is old, but almost deserves its own thread as well.

That stuff? You mean one of the moves he pulled. Those guys are doing the same thing over and over.. I have a buddy who can pull that move too and his body type is average. This guy is freakish!
