dude... you really hit the nail on the head with your country of manufacturing! I've had my Vorsteiner Titanium system fitted for over 2.5 weeks and am loving it sooo much that i didn't even pause to think where it was manufactured.

Regardless to say though despite where it was manufactured, I was highly impressed with the build quality, problem free bolt-on and awesome resonance during idle and hard pressed acceleration. What took the cream for me was the "no-drone" that i was assured.

Am really keen to bring the volume a notch up with the X-pipe that i am hoping to order from AA.

I've included a link for ya to listen too.

compressed audio sucks but hope it helps..... some pics available in my garage

The dyno results have been released. The power gains in both HP and torque should make everyone happy. Add to that the weight savings & sound and this is truly one of the best mods IMO.

Performance Data
*Peak HP Gains: 14hp
*Peak Torque Gains: 13.23 lb/ft
*37 lbs Weight Savings

Guys this is definitely the exhaust I want but living in the northeast has me soooo worried about one year of temps in the 20s in the winter and 90s in the summer will lead this system to be cracked and ruined and thus useless in no more than a year or two.

What do you all think? Am I paranoid and just need to shut up?

Cheers,
e46e92love

I dont think you should be too worried. Look at the NEW Nissan GTR that has a factory titanium system as well the Porsche 911 GT2.

If the ti welds would not hold up i dont think that the factory would offer it to customers as they would get a ton of warranty claims.

Plus I have several good friends that live in NJ and CT with M5 and M6 that has aftermarket Ti exhausts from Japan that has had no issues at all.

I say go for it. Just my $0.02

What manufacturer of Ti exhausts are your friends running? Thanks for the .02, I think this is the way I am going. Might as well

The Vorsteiner adjustable tips were designed to accommodate both the sedan and coupe owners. The E90 M3 is shorter than the E92/93 M3.

The other nice things is that you can adjust the tips to your liking. You can tuck the exhaust tips under the bumper or have them extend out past.
